It's the best deal in the neighborhood. A big bonus is the unexpected view of New York City across the rooftops of the neighboring buildings. You don't expect it. You find yourself taking a look out the large living room windows and suddenly you are shocked at the expansive view of the NYC skyline! It's so cool! Sharp investment eyes are turning their focus to North Bergen, West New York and Union City. Within a year it's very possible you won't be able to find anything for this price anywhere in this neighborhood. It's an easy commute into the city. Check out maps.google.com. Put in this address and the address you want to go to for an estimate of the commute time at that moment. Also note that this is a walk up. There are four flights of steps up to this unit. When you ask yourself why this unit is so low, it's to compensate for the fact it is a walk up. The good news is the view that the height provides giving you a much better view than even one floor below. This is a great place!
