About Thomas ‘TJ’ McNeill, Sales Associate
TJ McNeill wants his prospective clients to know that when they work with him, they’ll get“young-gun energy mixed with the old-blood DNA”.
TJ is referring, of course, to himself and his father, Tom McNeill, a realtor in Middlesex and Monmouth counties, whose passion for and dedication to the business have deeply inspired. TJ tofollow in his father’s footsteps.
TJ is no stranger to building abusiness from the ground up. He is the co-founder of Theatre Arts Conservatory at Metuchen Dance Centre, as well as the co-writer of its curriculum, and he’s an actor, theatre educator and musician.
“I’ve always worked in the arts. The arts breathe life into our communities and I have devoted my life to fostering self-expression in myself and others,” TJ wrote recently. “I'm also aprofessional drummer who has played with To the Nines, The Fruit Flies, Kat Hamilton, Guyville, Egrets on Ergot and many more. Music is an incredible art form and language that brings people together.
”Bringing people together is a common thread in TJ’s life, and part of what inspired him to enter the real estate business, where he looks forward to putting communication skills and positive outlook to great use for his clients.
TJ loves meeting and working with new people, making connections, and anticipating needs. And, because he worked as an appraiser in his 20s, and has paid attention to his father’s career, TJ feels uniquely prepared for this new venture.
When he’s not pursuing any of his career passions, TJ enjoys gardening and spending time immersedin nature, and playing piano.“It's nice to have creative retreats that don't involve my creative career,” he said.
